Processing of personal data and cookie policy


INFORMATION CLAUSE CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016, page 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I would like to inform you that:

The processing of personal data takes place for the purposes related to electronic correspondence and placing them in the database of the P.H.U. Mynarski-Trans pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR;

The recipients of personal data will be persons or entities authorized to process them on the basis of legal provisions, entities supporting us in fulfilling our rights and obligations and in providing services, including providing assistance and technical support for IT systems in which personal data are processed;

Personal data will be stored until consent to their processing is withdrawn;

The obligation to provide personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose of correspondence;

You have the right to refuse consent, and in the case of prior consent, to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data until its withdrawal.

With regard to personal data, decisions will not be made in an automated manner, in accordance with art. 22 GDPR;

 

You have:

- pursuant to art. 15 GDPR, the right to access your personal data;

- pursuant to art. 16 of the GDPR, the right to rectify your personal data;

- pursuant to art. 18 GDPR, the right to request the administrator to limit the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in art. 18 sec. 2 GDPR **;

- pursuant to art. 17 GDPR, the right to delete personal data;

- the right to transfer personal data referred to in art. 20 GDPR;

 

You are not entitled to:

- pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, the right to object to the processing of personal data, as the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR.

When you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, based in Warsaw, at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

 

** Clarification: the right to restriction of processing does not apply to storage, to provide legal remedies or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
